Great place! Incredible food. A must stop if in Antigua. Here is my seafood paella… by the way, it cost as much as a hamburger or pasta anywhere else here. Great prices too. Here’s my Spanish tortilla from another night. Thanks!
Paella, tapas, drinks, dessert, and music. Another beautiful Antigua building. Nicely decorated with comfortable seating nook near the bar for casual conversation.
Decided on something other than Guatemalan food for tonight and we were not disappointed. Everything was good from the sangria and michelada to the lomito al ajo aceite. If you're in Antigua Guatemala and want something diffrent this place is a must.
The service was excellent. Attentive and considerate. Food presentation was excellent. Flavors were good but for my palate I wanted a bit more flavor with spices. The sangria was delicious. Perfect combination of cinnamon and fruit. The portions are large.
Food: Really nice flavored, and the options with meat can be cooked vegetarian. Location: close to the central park, really elegant decorated. Service : everybody welcomes you as if you were family.
Not bad. Food isn't bad, but isn't stellar, either. Only time I've ever had sangria served with blue Curacao (allegedly non-alcoholic, which i didn't think was possible) in my Sangria.
We came here to eat on our last night in Antigua. The food was good. We ordered a large amount of food including a grilled meat platter (really tasty and would order again) and a paella. The paella was lackluster with regard to flavor and there was no soccarat. I suspect when we asked them to make a paella for 6, they used a pan to large and deep to get a good crust. We also ordered wine. I usually find in countries with warm weather, white wines tend to be a bit oxidized and this definitely was. We also ordered a red wine from Spain. This wine was fine.
